This 45-meter telescopic boom aerial work platform is designed for high-altitude maintenance, installation, inspections, lighting work, and emergency rescue operations. With a large working envelope and precision hydraulic control, it is suitable for municipal engineering, power maintenance, industrial construction, and telecommunications.
Large Working Height and Wide Horizontal Reach
The telescopic boom structure with seven high-strength steel sections allows a maximum working height of 45 meters and a platform height of 43.3 meters. It achieves up to 18 meters of horizontal reach when working at approximately 17 meters height, making operations at bridges, stadiums, and exterior façades more convenient and efficient.
Safe and Comfortable Work Platform
The platform measures 1600 × 700 mm and features stainless steel guardrails and an aluminum alloy anti-slip floor. It supports a rated capacity of 200 kg, allowing two operators with tools. The platform offers 360° continuous rotation with automatic hydraulic leveling to ensure stability and operator comfort.
Reliable Outrigger Stabilization System
The front V-type and rear V-type three-section outriggers provide a full deployment stabilization footprint of 6.6 × 4.56 meters, enhancing ground support and reducing platform sway during high-altitude operations.
Efficient Hydraulic and Control System
The system operates at 25–30 MPa pressure with a 40–60 L/min flow, ensuring smooth boom extension and platform movements. Dual control stations, ground-mounted control valves, and wireless remote control enable precise positioning and flexible operation.
Dependable Chassis Performance
Built on the Isuzu QL1180JQFRCY chassis with the Isuzu 4HK1-TCG60 engine rated at 151 kW (205 hp), matched with a 6-speed manual transmission, it delivers stable power output and reliable performance while complying with Euro VI emission standards.

The Isuzu VC61 cabin is equipped with air conditioning and power windows, offering an ergonomic operating environment suitable for extended-duty field operations.
