The JMC 13m articulated boom aerial work platform truck is designed for urban maintenance, street lighting service, telecommunications installation, power inspection, and municipal work applications. Built on the JMC JX1043TCF26 4×2 light-duty chassis, it combines a compact vehicle structure with a flexible hydraulic boom system for efficient aerial operations.
Flexible 13m Articulated Boom System
Equipped with the GKS13 three-section articulated boom platform, the vehicle provides a maximum working height of 13 meters, a platform height of 11.3 meters, and a horizontal outreach of 6.2 meters. The folding boom design improves access around buildings, utility poles, and narrow urban areas where straight boom equipment may have limited operation space.
Stable Hydraulic Outrigger Support
The aerial platform adopts front and rear H-type hydraulic outriggers with independent telescopic structures. The 3,450 mm horizontal span and 3,720 mm longitudinal span provide stable support during elevated operations, while the boom-outrigger interlock system prevents lifting operation before full stabilization.
Reliable Hydraulic Control System
The hydraulic system uses a CB-G532 gear pump with a working pressure of 20 MPa and a flow rate of 32 L/min. Dual control stations, hydraulic counterbalance valves, emergency manual pump, and hydraulic locking devices provide accurate operation and additional safety during aerial work.
Compact JMC Light-Duty Chassis
Based on the JMC JX1043TCF26 chassis, the vehicle features a 3,360 mm wheelbase and 4,495 kg gross vehicle weight. The JX493ZLQ3A Euro III mechanical diesel engine delivers 75 kW (102 hp), providing simple maintenance and good fuel adaptability for overseas operating environments.
Practical Operator Platform Design
The work platform supports two operators with tools and features a 1,200 × 700 × 1,100 mm anti-slip structure. Ground and platform control stations allow flexible operation, while safety systems including overload protection, boom limit protection, and emergency lowering functions improve working reliability.
