JMC GKS32 32 m Straight Boom Aerial Work Platform Truck
The JMC GKS32 4×2 aerial work platform truck is designed for high-level utility maintenance, telecommunications installation, streetlight servicing, construction, and industrial access work. Its six-section telescopic boom with articulated jib combines a 32 m working height with long horizontal outreach and continuous 360° slewing.
32 m Telescopic Boom with Articulated Jib
The aerial device uses a six-section synchronized telescopic main boom with an articulated upper jib, providing a maximum working height of 32 meters and horizontal outreach of up to 16 meters. The main boom elevates from -5° to +80°, while continuous telescoping and 360° slewing allow the platform to reach elevated work areas from different operating positions.
Four-Point Hydraulic Stabilization System
Front V-type and rear H-type hydraulic outriggers establish the working footprint before boom deployment. The system provides a maximum transverse span of 5,380 mm and longitudinal span of 5,000 mm, with independent control, hydraulic holding valves, and ground pads to improve stability on different working surfaces.
200 kg Personnel Platform
The work platform measures 1,200 × 700 × 1,100 mm and has a rated load of 200 kg for up to two operators with tools. Hydraulic automatic leveling maintains the platform within ±2°, while integrated controls, emergency stops, and harness anchorage points support routine elevated maintenance operations.
Proportional Hydraulic Control System
The aerial device uses a 16 MPa electro-hydraulic proportional system with a 63 mL/r high-pressure gear pump and dedicated counterbalance valves. Hydraulic locks secure the outriggers, while the emergency 24 V electric pump allows controlled boom retraction when the main engine or primary hydraulic power source is unavailable.
PLC and CAN-Bus Safety Monitoring
A PLC-based control system with CAN-bus communication manages operating logic, interlocks, and fault monitoring. Inclinometer, boom-angle, boom-extension, hydraulic-pressure, and outrigger-position sensors provide operating feedback, while overload protection, emergency stops, hose-burst protection, and boom limit controls help maintain safe aerial operation.
JMC 4×2 Export Chassis
The vehicle is based on the JMC JX1115TM23 chassis with a 4×2 rear-wheel-drive configuration and 11,195 kg GVW. The standard JMC JX4D24A3H Euro III diesel engine produces 90 kW (122 HP) and 285 N·m of torque, with a Cummins ISF3.8s3154 engine available for higher-load applications.
