The Isuzu 100P 4×2 aerial work platform truck is designed for street-light maintenance, utility servicing, telecommunications installation, building maintenance, advertising work, and tree trimming. Built on the Isuzu QL10403FARY double-row chassis, it combines a three-section articulated boom, 200 kg personnel platform, and four-point H-type hydraulic outriggers for elevated maintenance operations.
13 m Articulated Boom for Urban Aerial Work
The three-section Q345B articulated boom provides a maximum working height of 13 meters and a horizontal working radius of up to 6.2 meters. The 360° continuous slewing system allows the platform to reach different positions around the vehicle, while the articulated boom configuration improves access in areas with buildings, utility poles, and other obstacles.
H-Type Hydraulic Outrigger Stabilization
Four independent H-type hydraulic outriggers provide the support required before boom deployment. With longitudinal and transverse spans of approximately 3,240 mm and 3,180 mm, the system establishes a stable working footprint, while hydraulic locks and boom-outrigger interlocking help prevent unintended movement during elevated operations.
200 kg Personnel Platform
The steel work platform has a rated capacity of 200 kg and is designed for up to two operators. It features a 1,080 × 620 mm working area, anti-slip floor, safety harness attachment points, mechanical leveling, and emergency-stop controls for routine aerial maintenance tasks.
PTO-Driven Hydraulic Control System
The aerial equipment uses a chassis PTO and gear pump to supply the hydraulic system at a rated pressure of 14 MPa. Counterbalance valves, hydraulic locks, an integrated directional control valve, and an emergency manual pump support controlled boom movement, outrigger operation, and emergency recovery.
Isuzu 100P Double-Cab Chassis
The Isuzu QL10403FARY chassis uses the 4JB1-TC1 Euro III diesel engine, producing 70 kW (95 HP) and 206 N·m of torque, paired with an MSB-5M five-speed manual transmission. The compact 2,800 mm wheelbase, 4×2 rear-wheel-drive layout, double-row five-seat cab, and 4,495 kg GVW are suited to urban aerial service applications.
