The SINOTRUK HOWO Haohan 4×2 aerial work platform truck is designed for utility maintenance, street-light servicing, telecommunications work, building maintenance, equipment inspection, and other elevated operations. Its four-section telescopic straight boom, 200 kg personnel platform, and four-point H-type hydraulic outriggers provide a practical configuration for high-level maintenance work.
20 m Telescopic Straight Boom
The four-section pentagonal telescopic boom provides a maximum working height of 20 meters and a horizontal working radius of up to 11 meters. Q690 high-strength steel is used for the boom structure, while synchronized hydraulic telescoping and nylon guide blocks support controlled extension and reduced structural wear during repeated operation.
Four-Point H-Type Outrigger System
Four H-type hydraulic outriggers establish the working footprint before boom deployment, with an approximate lateral span of 4,200 mm and longitudinal span of 3,800 mm. Independent adjustment and hydraulic locks support vehicle leveling, while outrigger detection and boom interlock functions prevent aerial operation before the required support condition is established.
200 kg Personnel Platform
The aluminum-alloy work platform is rated for 200 kg and accommodates up to two operators with tools. It includes an anti-slip floor, automatic hydraulic leveling with ±1° accuracy, safety-belt attachment points, tool hooks, platform controls, and an emergency stop button. An insulated platform configuration is available for applicable certified electrical work.
PTO-Driven Hydraulic and Control System
A CB-FC40 gear pump driven through the transmission PTO supplies the aerial system at a rated pressure of 16 MPa. Ground controls, proportional platform controls, and optional wireless remote control provide different operating methods, while the hydraulic circuit incorporates overload relief, counterbalance protection, hydraulic locks, and an emergency stop system.
HOWO Haohan Euro III Chassis
The vehicle is powered by the Weichai WP4.1Q160E30 four-cylinder Euro III diesel engine, delivering 118 kW (160 HP) and 500 N·m of torque. The SINOTRUK 6J70T six-speed manual transmission, reinforced 4×2 chassis, heavy-duty leaf springs, 8.25R20 tires, and 8,200 kg GVW provide a suitable platform for demanding aerial service applications.
