Stable and Precise Temperature Control
The KX-990 split-type refrigeration unit provides a controlled operating range from +2°C to −20°C, with a maximum low of −25°C. Temperature accuracy remains within ±1–3°C even under full-load operation, making it suitable for frozen meat, seafood, dairy, ice cream, and fresh distribution.
High-Efficiency Refrigeration Performance
The refrigeration unit delivers 4–5 kW cooling at −20°C and 6–7 kW at 0°C, with 3.8–4.5 kW at idle. The system uses R-404A refrigerant and ensures strong airflow (≥2,500 CFM) for uniform air circulation inside the cargo compartment, preventing localized melting or temperature deviation.
Premium Insulated Body Construction
The cargo box adopts a sandwich-structure body with FRP/GRP 3 mm internal and external panels and 80 mm polyurethane insulation (thermal conductivity ≤ 0.026 W/m·K). This construction helps retain temperature for extended periods, reducing refrigeration load and fuel consumption.
Durable and High Load Capacity Floor
The reinforced insulated floor features a 2 mm aluminum wear-resistant surface and supports up to 800 kg/m², ensuring long service life and allowing palletized, boxed, and bulk cold cargo handling with forklifts.
Optimized Cargo Access and Sealing
The rear double doors (2300×2200 mm) include EPDM sealing to minimize air leakage and maintain temperature stability. Optional PVC strip curtains further reduce thermal exchange during frequent loading operations.
High Payload and Large Internal Volume
With a 25,000 kg GVW and approximately 12,000 kg payload, this model supports heavy cold logistics. The internal capacity of ~41.5 m³ allows efficient arrangement of standard cold-chain containers and palletized goods.
