SITRAK 8×4 Heavy-Duty Refrigerated Truck
This heavy-duty refrigerated truck is designed for long-distance cold-chain logistics, pharmaceutical transport, fresh food distribution, and temperature-sensitive cargo operations. It ensures precise cooling performance, stable insulation, and high load capacity under various climate and road conditions.
High-Precision Temperature Control
Equipped with the KongT880Pro split-type refrigeration unit, the vehicle maintains stable temperatures from +2℃ to -20℃ with ±1–3℃ accuracy under rated load. The R-404A refrigerant and forced-convection airflow ensure rapid cooling and strict temperature uniformity throughout the cargo area.
High-Efficiency Thermal Insulation
The refrigerated body uses FRP/GRP inner and outer layers with a PU foam core. The insulation thickness measures 80 mm on the sides, top, and front, and 100 mm on the floor. A thermal conductivity coefficient of ≤0.026 W/(m·K) reduces heat exchange, ensuring stable chilling and freezing performance even in high ambient temperatures.
Optimized Loading and Internal Structure
The interior cargo volume reaches 51.54 m³, allowing for efficient palletized loading and multi-type cargo arrangement. The ventilated aluminum floor supports ≥500 kg/m², providing durability, anti-slip performance, and strong structural reinforcement for heavy freight operations.
Smart Layout and Door Sealing
Double-layer rear and optional side doors are fitted with EPDM sealing to maintain low-temperature integrity. Optional bulkheads and thermal curtains allow multi-zone compartment temperature control for mixed cargo handling.
High-Power and Fuel-Efficient Powertrain
Powered by a 540 hp MC13 engine delivering up to 2,500 N·m torque and paired with a ZF 12-speed AMT transmission, the truck provides strong climbing performance, stable high-speed cruising, and reduced driver workload during long journey operations.
Stable and Reliable Chassis Configuration
The SITRAK 8×4 chassis uses a balanced 1,950 + 4,600 + 1,400 mm wheelbase layout with optimized load distribution across front and rear axles. Equipped with 12R22.5 steel radial tires, it offers strong carrying capacity and robust road grip for medium and long-distance logistics.
Driver Comfort and Safety
The C9H-E high-roof cabin supports 2–3 persons and features air-suspension seats, multifunction steering, power windows, and central locking. This provides operators with a comfortable working environment during extended daily driving.
