The JMC 4×2 road sweeper truck is engineered for efficient street cleaning and debris collection. Its wet-type sweeping system combines mechanical brushes and a suction system, providing thorough cleaning for urban streets, industrial areas, and highways.
Advanced Sweeping System
Equipped with two main brushes (Ø850 mm) with adjustable height and tilt, the sweeper efficiently collects debris across a 3-meter width. The hydraulic hopper tilts for easy unloading, with a rear door opening of ≥45°, and a 5 m³ debris container capable of handling approximately 1,215 kg of material.
High-Capacity Suction and Water System
The centrifugal suction fan operates at 7,000–8,500 m³/h with adjustable power, complemented by a 1,800 mm rectangular nozzle with replaceable wear plates. The 5,000 L clean water tank supports high-pressure (115 L/min @ 12 MPa), low-pressure (40 m³/h), and dust suppression (15 L/min) spraying, ensuring dust-free cleaning even in dry conditions.
Hydraulic and Control System
A 16 MPa hydraulic system with 60 L reservoir powers the brushes, fan, and hopper mechanisms. In-cab controls allow operators to adjust brushes, fan speed, hopper tilt, and water spray settings efficiently. Maximum sweeping capacity reaches 60,000 m²/h, with operational speed between 3–20 km/h.
Safety and Visibility
The sweeper includes work lamps, side markers, warning lights, and a reverse alarm, providing high visibility and operational safety during day and night operations.
Reliable Chassis Platform
Built on the JMC JX1083TK26 4×2 chassis, the truck features a JX4D306H engine producing 112 kW (152 hp) with Euro-compliant emissions and a Getrag 6-speed manual gearbox. The 3,815 mm wheelbase and front/rear tracks of 1,680 / 1,640–1,800 mm, combined with 7.50R16LT 14PR tires (6 units), ensure stability and traction across urban and industrial roads.
Comfortable Cabin Environment
The wide single-row JMC Kaiyun N800 cab accommodates three seats and provides ergonomic controls for the operator, enabling long shifts with comfort and ease of operation.
