Sweeping System and Components
This road sweeper is designed for efficient urban sanitation, combining mechanical brushing, strong suction performance, and a fully integrated water-spray dust suppression system. It delivers reliable operation for city streets, industrial zones, and highways.
High-Efficiency Sweeping System
The wet-type sweeping system uses two Ø850 mm main brushes with nylon and steel-wire bristles to ensure effective contact with the road surface. Adjustable height and tilt angles improve cleaning quality across different pavement conditions. The 3.0-meter sweeping width enables wide-path coverage in each pass.
Large-Capacity Hopper and Reliable Discharge
The 6 m³ debris hopper supports a maximum load of approximately 4.5 tons and uses hydraulic rear discharge with a dumping height of about 1.8 meters. Internal low-pressure flushing ensures easier cleaning after operation.
Strong Suction Performance
A centrifugal suction fan delivers an airflow of 7,000–8,500 m³/h with a vacuum range of 1,800–2,200 Pa, ensuring efficient debris collection. The 1,800 mm suction nozzle features dual inlets, spring suspension, and replaceable wear plates to enhance service life and efficiency.
Independent Auxiliary Engine
The auxiliary engine, rated at 140 HP (102 kW), powers the sweeping and suction systems independently from the chassis engine. This setup ensures stable performance, reduced fuel consumption, and improved working efficiency.
Advanced Water Spray and Dust Suppression
Equipped with a 6,000-liter SUS304 stainless-steel clean water tank, the sweeper features high-pressure cleaning (115 L/min at 120 bar), low-pressure flushing (40 m³/h), and a dedicated dust suppression pump for fine mist spraying. This ensures excellent dust control in both wet and dry conditions.
Reliable Hydraulic and Control System
The hydraulic system includes a 25–30 L/min pump at 160 bar with a 60 L oil tank and mesh-filter protection. Operators can control brushes, fan, water system, and hopper directly from the cab through an integrated panel with diagnostic display.
Operational Speed and Capacity
With a sweeping speed range of 3–20 km/h and a maximum sweeping capacity of up to 60,000 m²/h, the vehicle is suitable for various road-cleaning tasks from routine city maintenance to high-volume operations.
Lighting and Safety
The lighting system includes two 55 W work lamps and multiple side markers, along with a yellow beacon for enhanced visibility and safe operation during nighttime or low-light conditions.
Chassis Performance and Comfort
Built on the Isuzu QL1120MEKAY 4×2 chassis, the system is powered by a 4HK1-TCG61 engine delivering 140 kW (189 hp) and paired with a 6-speed manual transmission. The 700P extended cab provides comfortable seating for three, with electric windows and air conditioning for improved operator comfort.
