The Foton Aumark S3 4×2 flatbed tow truck is designed for vehicle recovery, roadside assistance, accident clearance, and short-distance transportation of disabled vehicles. Its hydraulic sliding flatbed, recovery winch, and two-section wheel-lift system provide multiple recovery methods on a compact light-duty chassis.
Hydraulic Sliding and Tilt Flatbed
The recovery platform extends to 5,600 mm and provides a usable width of 2,300 mm with a rated capacity of 3,000 kg. Its hydraulic sliding and low-angle tilting structure helps reduce the loading approach angle, making it suitable for passenger cars and damaged vehicles with limited ground clearance.
4-ton Hydraulic Recovery Winch
A hydraulic worm-gear winch provides a rated pulling force of 40 kN with 25 meters of 11 mm galvanized steel wire rope. The self-locking reduction mechanism allows the winch to pull non-running vehicles onto the platform in controlled recovery operations.
Two-Section Rear Wheel-Lift
The telescopic rear wheel-lift has a rated lifting and towing capacity of 2,000 kg and an extended length of 1,800 mm. L-type wheel clamps, tow forks, fork sleeves, and auxiliary dollies allow the truck to perform partial-load towing when the disabled vehicle cannot be fully loaded onto the flatbed.
Reliable Hydraulic Recovery System
The hydraulic system operates at a rated working pressure of 16 MPa and uses a CB-FC40 gear pump, six-section manual valve assembly, and counterbalance valves. Hydraulic locking functions help control the flatbed and wheel-lift during pressure loss, while dual-side manual controls provide convenient operation around the recovery body.
Compact Foton Aumark S3 Chassis
Powered by a Cummins ISF2.8 Euro III diesel engine producing 110 kW (148 HP) and 360 N·m of torque, the Foton Aumark S3 chassis provides a 4×2 rear-wheel-drive platform with a 3,360 mm wheelbase and 4,495 kg GVW. The compact dimensions support maneuverability in urban recovery and roadside assistance work.
