Isuzu 700P 4×2 XCMG KSQS125-4 Truck-Mounted Crane
The Isuzu 700P 4×2 truck-mounted crane combines the Isuzu 4HK1-TC Euro III chassis with an XCMG KSQS125-4 four-section straight-boom loader crane. It is designed for construction support, equipment handling, material loading, and general lifting operations where transport and lifting functions are required in one vehicle.
5-ton Four-Section Loader Crane
The XCMG KSQS125-4 provides a maximum rated lifting capacity of 5,000 kg and a maximum lifting moment of 125 kN·m. Its four-section boom extends to approximately 12.4 meters, with a working radius of around 11 meters and a lifting height of approximately 14.2 meters. Continuous 360° slewing allows the crane to cover a broad working area.
Wide-Range Outrigger and Hydraulic Control
The crane uses H-type hydraulic outriggers with a lateral span from 2,280 mm to 5,100 mm. A PTO-driven hydraulic system supplies 63 L/min at a rated pressure of 23 MPa, while hydraulic locks, counterbalance valves, and the main relief valve support controlled boom and outrigger operation during lifting.
Isuzu 700P Heavy-Duty Chassis
The vehicle is powered by the Isuzu 4HK1-TC four-cylinder diesel engine, producing 129 kW (175 HP) and 500 N·m of torque. The MLD-6Q six-speed manual transmission, reinforced frame, heavy-duty leaf springs, and 11,000 kg GVW chassis provide suitable support for lifting and cargo transport operations.
Combined Cargo and Crane Function
The 6,100 × 2,300 × 550 mm drop-side cargo body provides space for construction materials, machinery, tools, and general cargo. The reinforced subframe connects the crane to the chassis structure, allowing the vehicle to transport materials and perform loading or unloading work at the same location.
Integrated Crane Safety Protection
The crane incorporates boom and extension counterbalance valves, hydraulic outrigger locks, hoist height limiting, a main relief valve, hook safety latch, and load information markings. Manual side-mounted controls provide direct operation, while wireless remote control is available for selected export configurations.
