32 MPa Load-Sensing Hydraulic System
The crane hydraulic system uses an axial-piston pump with load-sensing control, a proportional multi-way valve, and a rated pressure of 32 MPa. The 300-liter hydraulic tank, filtration system, and OELK07 oil cooler support continuous operation of boom elevation, telescoping, slewing, and winching functions.
Dual-Speed Winch and Hydraulic Outriggers
The two-speed planetary winch provides a maximum single-line pull of 80 kN and uses an 80 m length of 16 mm galvanized anti-spin wire rope. H-type two-stage hydraulic outriggers provide a maximum lateral span of 7.25 m, with double-acting hydraulic locks for securing the supports during lifting operations.
Dongfeng Cummins Euro III 8×4 Powertrain
The Dongfeng Cummins ISLe340-30 8.9-liter inline-six diesel engine develops 250 kW (340 hp) and 1,350 N·m of torque, paired with a FAST 12JSD180T 12-speed manual transmission. The chassis uses four steering and tandem drive axles, inter-axle and inter-wheel differential locks, leaf-spring suspension, and 11.00R20 all-steel heavy-duty tires.
Reinforced Crane-Specific Chassis Frame
The double-layer straight-through frame uses a 300 mm section height and local three-layer reinforcement in the crane mounting area to accommodate concentrated lifting loads. A full-width reinforced cargo platform supports the 8,500 × 2,300 × 550 mm cold-riveted drop-side body for combined lifting and cargo transport operations.
Three-Position Crane Controls and Safety Functions
Standard crane controls are available from ground, center, and elevated operating positions. The system includes an overwind stop device, hydraulic pressure relief protection, work lights, and outrigger locking, while wireless remote control, load moment indication, load weighing, and other monitoring functions are available as options.
Kinland D310 Cab and Heavy-Duty Chassis Equipment
The Dongfeng Kinland D310 cab features four-point floating suspension, an air-suspended driver's seat, factory air conditioning, power windows, heated exterior mirrors, hydraulic cab tilting, ABS, and a dual-circuit pneumatic braking system. A 400-liter steel fuel tank, 24 V electrical system, toolbox, and anti-slip access ladder are included.
