Dongfeng Kinrun DFL1140B 4×2 XCMG MSQS157-4 Truck-Mounted Crane

The Dongfeng Kinrun DFL1140B truck-mounted crane combines a 13,195 kg GVW 4×2 chassis with an XCMG MSQS157-4 four-section telescopic crane and a 5.7 m cargo body. The configuration is suited to construction material handling, equipment loading, utility work, and cargo transport where onboard lifting is required.

XCMG MSQS157-4 6.3-Ton Crane

The XCMG MSQS157-4 provides a maximum lifting moment of 157.5 kN·m and a rated lifting capacity of 6,300 kg at the minimum working radius. Its four-section hexagonal boom extends to 13.04 m, with a maximum lifting height of 14.5 m, 0°–75° elevation, and continuous 360° slewing.

PTO-Driven Hydraulic Crane System

A high-pressure gear pump driven by the chassis PTO supplies the crane hydraulic circuit at a rated pressure of 16 MPa. Manual multi-way controls operate boom elevation, extension, slewing, and outrigger functions, while an air-cooled oil cooler and 10 μm return filtration support hydraulic system operation.

H-Type Telescopic Outriggers

Front and rear H-type two-stage hydraulic outriggers extend from a 2,280 mm retracted width to a maximum support width of 5,500 mm. Double-acting hydraulic locks and wear-resistant steel support plates help secure the crane support structure during lifting operations.

Cummins 210 HP Euro III Powertrain

The DFL1140B uses a Cummins ISDe210-30/30A 6.7-liter inline-six diesel engine rated at 155 kW (210 hp) and 800 N·m of torque. The engine is matched with a FAST 8JS85E 8-speed manual transmission, hydraulic power steering, reinforced leaf-spring suspension, and a side-mounted full-power PTO.

Reinforced Chassis for Crane Installation

The 250 × 80 mm double-layer frame uses a 7 mm main rail and 4 mm auxiliary rail, with additional reinforcement plates around the crane mounting area. The 4×2 chassis uses a 4.5-ton front axle, 9-ton rear drive axle, 9.00R20 16PR all-steel tires, and a 160-liter steel fuel tank.

5.7 m Corrugated Sideboard Cargo Body

The cargo body provides an internal loading area of 5,700 × 2,290 × 550 mm and uses corrugated sideboards with a checkered steel floor. A split-opening rear gate with quick-release locking allows general cargo to be loaded and unloaded alongside crane-assisted handling.

Integrated Crane Safety Protection

Standard crane safety devices include an automatic moment limiter, overwinding height limit switch, counterbalance valves, three-turn slewing protection, and a main system relief valve. These functions monitor lifting conditions and help limit unsafe boom, hook, and hydraulic movements during operation.
