Durable Tank Construction
The 4050 L tank is made of 5 mm Q235 carbon steel, built to resist internal corrosion and long-term pressure operation. Internal components include baffles for stability, sight glass for level monitoring, and washdown facilities for easy post-work cleaning.
Flexible Suction and Discharge Design
A reinforced suction hose with ≥50 mm inner diameter allows efficient extraction of waste materials. The vehicle supports rear discharge through rear door opening and rear tipping, while the bottom ball valve provides controlled gravity drainage, improving operational convenience and speed.
Reliable Power Transmission
The vacuum pump is PTO-driven directly from the vehicle transmission, ensuring stable torque and reduced maintenance complexity. The recommended working speed range of 500–600 RPM allows operators to adjust the suction power easily based on working conditions.
Isuzu Chassis Performance
Built on the Isuzu QL1070 chassis, the truck is equipped with the 4KH1CN6LB Euro VI engine (88 kW / 120 hp) and a 5-speed manual transmission. The lightweight design ensures strong load-carrying capability, fuel efficiency, and stable operation.
