The 21 m³ full vacuum tank is manufactured from high-strength Q345-B steel with a 10 mm shell and 12 mm dished heads for excellent durability under continuous heavy-duty operation. Reinforced anti-surge baffles improve vehicle stability during transportation, while the hydraulic tipping system and full hydraulic rear door enable fast sludge unloading and efficient cleaning after each operation.
Powerful Vacuum Performance
An independent Weichai auxiliary engine drives the SK-42 water-ring vacuum pump, allowing the chassis engine to remain at idle during suction operations. The system delivers up to 37.8 m³/min airflow with a maximum vacuum of -0.095 MPa, providing a vertical suction depth of up to 20 meters and a horizontal conveying distance of up to 100 meters. This configuration supports rapid loading of septic sludge, industrial wastewater, construction slurry, and other liquid waste.
Reliable Hydraulic and Safety System
The hydraulic system operates the tank tipping mechanism and rear door independently, providing smooth and dependable discharge performance. Multiple protection devices, including a water-gas separator, overflow protection valve, non-return valve, circulating water tank, and full-tank alarm, help protect the vacuum pump and improve long-term operating reliability under demanding working conditions.
