The Isuzu 100P 4×2 vacuum sewage suction truck is designed for septic tank cleaning, sewage collection, sludge suction, and liquid-waste handling. 3 m³ Vacuum Tank with Hydraulic Tipping
The 3 m³ horizontal cylindrical tank is fabricated from Q235B carbon steel with a 6 mm shell and 8 mm front and rear heads. A hydraulic tipping system raises the tank to 45°, while the large rear door opens hydraulically for gravity discharge and easier internal cleaning.
Italian JUROP PN 84D Vacuum Pump
The JUROP PN 84D air-cooled rotary vane vacuum pump provides a free-air capacity of 5,300 L/min and an ultimate vacuum of -0.092 MPa. Its forced lubrication, integrated vacuum-pressure reversing function, air cooling, and PTO-driven operation provide continuous suction performance for sewage, septic sludge, and liquid waste collection.
High Suction Performance and Overfill Protection
The vacuum system provides a vertical suction lift of up to 8 meters and a horizontal conveying distance of at least 15 meters under specified conditions. Water-gas and oil-gas separation, a dry inlet filter, float-type overfill protection, and a pressure relief valve help protect the vacuum pump and support reliable operation.
Isuzu 100P Euro III Chassis
Built on the Qingling Isuzu NKR55 chassis, the truck uses the Isuzu 4JB1-TC1 2.771-liter diesel engine, producing 70 kW (95 HP) and 206 N·m of torque. The MSB-5M five-speed manual transmission, 4×2 rear-wheel drive, leaf-spring suspension, and 7.00R16 radial tires provide a compact platform for sanitation operations.
Practical Discharge and Export Configuration
The vehicle uses a CB-FC32 PTO-driven hydraulic pump to control tank lifting, rear-door opening, and locking functions. Standard equipment includes an 8-meter suction hose, quick couplings, vacuum gauge, pump service kit, and emergency tools, while optional configurations include a higher-capacity JUROP pump, stainless-steel tank, high-pressure cleaning system, RHD cab, and hydraulic hose reel.
