The articulating boom structure allows operators to reach elevated and horizontally offset working points with ease, making it suitable for utility line maintenance, municipal services, and facility inspection.
Insulated Boom for Live-Line Work
The boom adopts a 3-section design, where the third section and the platform are insulated with fiberglass and polyethylene lining. This provides reliable electrical insulation performance suitable for live-line work up to 35 kV, ensuring operator safety without interrupting power supply.
Flexible Working Range
With a working height of 12 m and a maximum horizontal reach of 9.8 m (at a 200 kg load), the vehicle offers wide operational coverage. The articulated joints allow precise positioning over obstacles such as trees, streetlights, and utility poles.
Safe and Comfortable Operation
The platform supports 2 operators (rated load 91 kg) and features ±100° platform rotation, 360° turntable rotation, and hydraulic automatic self-leveling to maintain a stable working posture. The control layout is intuitive, minimizing operator fatigue.
