The lifting mechanism uses a telescopic straight boom with three high-strength steel sections and an insulated FRP working section. This design ensures excellent rigidity, precise boom extension, and reliable operational stability at height.

Safe and Comfortable Operator Platform
The insulated work platform features a 1,800 × 800 mm interior size, with a durable fiberglass shell and polyethylene liner. The platform supports up to 250 kg and allows ±90° rotation with automatic leveling to maintain operator comfort and safety while working at height.
Insulation for Live-Line Electrical Work
The upper boom section and platform offer ANSI A92.2 Class B insulation capability, enabling 46 kV live-line operation. This ensures electrical safety when working on distribution lines, reducing downtime and improving operational efficiency.
Reliable Outrigger Stabilization
The vehicle is equipped with front V-type and rear H-type hydraulic outriggers, forming a stable support footprint of 4.1 × 3.8 meters. This ensures secure and stable operation on varied terrain conditions.

Electro-hydraulic proportional control valves provide smooth boom operation and precise movement adjustment. The hydraulic system pressure range of 16–25 MPa with 25–30 L/min flow ensures sufficient power for continuous duty cycles.

The unit is built on the Shacman SX1040DD6331 chassis with a 4×2 drive configuration. It is powered by the YN Power D20TCIF11 engine (93 kW) paired with a WLY 6-speed transmission.
