With a maximum payload of 4,020–4,300 kg and a compaction ratio of 2.5:1, the rear loader reduces transport volume while accommodating large quantities of waste. The hopper, ranging from 1.2 to 1.5 m³, is equipped with a swing opening mechanism for easy loading.
Advanced Tailgate and Safety Systems
The hydraulic swing tailgate features a triple-seal system and integrated hydraulic lock, ensuring secure closure during transport. Active safety functions include a 70° hydraulic lock, pressure and temperature alarms, protecting both operators and cargo.
Versatile Bin Handling
Compatible with manual lifters, hydraulic arms, and rear-lift systems, this vehicle supports 120L and 240L bins. Each lift can handle up to 300 kg, completing cycles in 15 seconds or less, improving collection efficiency on tight urban routes.
Reliable Hydraulic and Control System
Powered by a hydraulic pump delivering 40–50 L/min at 16–21 MPa, the system ensures smooth compaction and lifting. Control is provided via manual emergency mode and PLC interface for precise operation and operational safety.
Robust Chassis and Powertrain
Built on the Jiefang CA1120 4×2 chassis, the truck is equipped with a CA4DD2-18E6 engine producing 132 kW (179 hp) and a Fast 8JS75C 8-speed gearbox. The 11,995 kg GVW and 7,500–7,780 kg curb weight provide a stable platform for daily waste collection.
