The FAW Tiger VR 4×2 rear loader garbage compactor truck is designed for urban waste collection, municipal sanitation, industrial waste transfer, and environmental service operations. Efficient Rear Loading and Compaction System
The vehicle adopts a rear-loading compression structure with a sliding plate and push plate dual-cylinder mechanism. The 10m³ garbage body uses Q345 high-strength steel, providing durability for frequent collection cycles. With a compression ratio of up to 1:3.2, the system helps increase waste transport efficiency and reduce transfer frequency.
Reliable Hydraulic Operation
The compactor system is powered by a chassis PTO-driven hydraulic system with a high-pressure gear pump. Operating at 18–20 MPa pressure, it controls the loading mechanism, compression plate, and rear hopper functions smoothly. The overload protection valve and cylinder cushioning design improve reliability during continuous operation.
Durable FAW Tiger VR Chassis
Built on the FAW CA1160P62K1L4E3 4×2 chassis, the truck is equipped with the Weichai WP6.220E32 Euro III diesel engine producing 162 kW (220 HP). The mechanical fuel injection system, FAST 8JS85E transmission, and heavy-duty suspension provide good adaptability for regions with varying road conditions and maintenance capabilities.
Sealed Waste Collection Design
The compression body features a sealed structure with an integrated wastewater collection system to reduce leakage during transportation. The rear loader assembly can be hydraulically lifted for cleaning and maintenance access, while the anti-slip walkway and inspection structure improve daily operation convenience.
Practical Sanitation Operation Configuration
Designed for municipal and commercial waste services, the vehicle includes rear control operation, cab control functions, emergency stop systems, and safety protection devices.
