FAW Tiger VH 14 m³ Rear Loader Garbage Compactor Truck
The FAW Tiger VH 4×2 rear loader garbage compactor truck is designed for municipal waste collection, residential refuse transfer, commercial waste handling, and urban sanitation services. Its 14 m³ compactor body is mounted on a Euro III FAW Tiger VH chassis and combines enclosed waste loading, hydraulic compaction, and controlled discharge functions in one vehicle.
14 m³ High-Capacity Compactor Body
The rear-loading body provides a nominal capacity of 14 m³ with an approximately 15.5 m³ geometric volume. Q345 high-strength steel side panels and Q355 wear-resistant flooring improve structural durability, while rounded internal transitions help reduce waste accumulation during loading and unloading.
Fast Sliding Plate and Scraper Compaction
The combined sliding plate and scraper plate mechanism compresses waste toward the front of the body through a coordinated working cycle. A compaction cycle takes no more than 22 seconds, while full-body discharge can be completed within 40 seconds, supporting efficient collection routes with repeated loading operations.
Enclosed Loading and Leachate Control
The rear loading system is compatible with standard 120 L and 240 L waste bins, with a 660 L lifter available as an option. A fully enclosed loading interface, EPDM sealing strips, and a 0.3 m³ leachate collection tank help reduce leakage and secondary contamination during urban waste collection.
Reliable Hydraulic and Control System
The compaction system uses a Hefei Changyuan CBQ-F40 hydraulic gear pump with a rated pressure of 16 MPa. Cab controls, a rear control box, and manual emergency hydraulic operation provide multiple operating methods, while interlocks prevent compaction or ejector movement when unsafe working conditions are detected.
FAW Tiger VH Euro III Chassis
The 4×2 chassis is powered by the Yuchai YC4E160-33 Euro III diesel engine, producing 118 kW (160 HP) and 600 N·m of torque. The Fast Gear 8JS75TC eight-speed manual transmission, heavy-duty leaf spring suspension, pneumatic braking system, ABS, and 10.00R20 all-steel radial tires provide a practical configuration for urban sanitation routes and variable road conditions.
