Dongfeng Kinrun KR 4×2 Rear Loader Garbage Truck – Euro III
The Dongfeng Kinrun KR rear loader garbage truck combines an 18,000 kg GVW chassis with a 14 m³ rear-loading compaction body. Its hydraulic compression system, enclosed waste container, wastewater collection system, and 4×2 Euro III powertrain are configured for municipal waste collection and transfer.
14 m³ Rear-Loading Compaction Body
The 14 m³ compaction body uses Q345 high-strength steel with 5 mm side panels and a 6 mm floor. A two-way reciprocating compaction mechanism with high-strength Q710 scraper and slide-plate components distributes waste inside the body while the ejector plate supports controlled discharge.
Hydraulic Compaction and Fast Operating Cycles
The hydraulic system operates at a rated pressure of 20 MPa, with a 25 MPa maximum safety pressure. Nine double-acting cylinders control lifting, scraping, sliding, and ejector functions, with a single loading cycle of 25–30 seconds, bin lifting within 12 seconds, and complete discharge within 50 seconds.
Sealed Body and Wastewater Collection
The loading opening uses double-layer oil-resistant rubber sealing, while the compaction body is fully enclosed to help contain wastewater and odors during collection. A built-in main wastewater tank and side auxiliary tank provide a combined 200-liter capacity, with a 600-liter tank available as an option.
Cummins Euro III Chassis Powertrain
The standard Dongfeng Cummins ISDe210 30 engine produces 155 kW (210 hp) and 750 N·m of peak torque, matched to a FAST 8JS85E 8-speed manual transmission. The chassis uses Dongfeng Dana axles, compressed-air braking, ABS, leaf-spring suspension, and 9.00R20 all-steel radial tires.
Rear Hopper and Multi-Bin Lifting System
The standard dual-bin lifting mechanism is designed for 240 L and 660 L garbage bins, with a standard hopper capacity of 2.2 m³ on the 4,500 mm wheelbase configuration. Swing-arm loading, ground-level hopper systems, and 1,100 L bin-lifting equipment are available for different waste collection arrangements.
Export-Oriented Equipment Options
Export configurations can include the 230 hp Cummins engine, wide-track axles, imported hydraulic valves and cylinders, wireless remote control, reversing camera and radar, right-hand drive, stainless-steel wastewater tank, and additional anti-corrosion treatment.
