Optimized Air Circulation
The evaporator delivers airflow of 2,500 m³/h, ensuring even temperature distribution inside the cargo chamber. This prevents hot spots and maintains consistent product quality, especially for sensitive frozen foods and boxed goods.
Superior Thermal Insulation Structure
The body is built with 3 mm FRP and 80 mm high-density PU foam with thermal conductivity λ ≤ 0.026 W/(m·K). This structure minimizes heat transfer and reduces refrigeration unit workload, improving fuel efficiency and preserving cold-chain temperature.
Reinforced Floor Structure
The floor adopts FRP anti-slip surface, 100 mm PU core, and 15 mm structural plywood, providing strong durability and a load-bearing capacity of 800–1,000 kg/m². Suitable for pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklift-assisted loading.
Reliable Sealing and Door System
The rear double-leaf insulated doors use EPDM sealing strips and six-point stainless steel locking system to prevent cold loss and maintain airtightness, even with frequent opening and closing during distribution operations.
Large Cargo Volume and High Payload
The refrigerated compartment measures approx. 40.2 m³ of usable volume, supporting a payload capacity of around 9,990 kg. Ideal for bulk frozen food logistics, cold-chain supermarkets, distribution centers, and long-haul delivery routes.
