This refrigerated truck is designed for reliable temperature-controlled transportation of chilled and frozen goods. It ensures stable cooling performance, efficient insulation, and high load-carrying capacity, making it suitable for urban distribution, cold-chain logistics, supermarkets, catering services, and pharmaceutical transport.

High-Performance Refrigeration System

Equipped with a Thermo King V-600 MAX split-type refrigeration unit, PTO-driven during driving and with electric standby operation. It provides a wide temperature range from −25°C to +15°C with ±1°C precision, maintaining reliable cooling even under a 2,500–4,000 kg cargo load and 30°C ambient temperature. Dual refrigerant compatibility (R-404A / R-452A) enhances flexibility and environmental compliance.

Strong Cooling Airflow and Temperature Uniformity

The evaporator delivers 2,580 m³/h airflow, ensuring quick temperature recovery and uniform circulation from front to rear. This helps maintain consistent temperature levels, preventing localized freezing or melting of cargo.

Premium Insulation Structure

The cargo body uses FRP inner and outer panels with a PU foam core. Insulation thickness is 80 mm on the sides, front, rear, and roof, and 100 mm on the floor, with thermal conductivity λ ≤ 0.026 W/(m·K). This structure effectively prevents heat transfer, reduces cooling energy loss, and maintains temperature stability during long-haul transportation.

Durable and Hygienic Interior

The cargo floor features reinforced, non-slip insulated FRP with a load rating of ≥800 kg/m². It is resistant to moisture, corrosion, and cold cracking, while keeping the cargo area easy to clean and compliant with food safety and sanitation standards.

Flexible Loading and Cargo Management

The rear door uses a heavy-duty sealing structure to minimize cold loss during loading and unloading. Optional internal bulkheads or PVC curtains allow independent temperature partitioning for mixed-load transport of chilled and frozen products.

Optimized Body Capacity and Payload

The refrigerated body has an internal volume of 22.54 m³, supporting 2,500–4,000 kg payload depending on cargo type and chassis configuration. This size is suitable for medium-scale distribution routes while providing high operational efficiency.

Built on the Qingling Isuzu QL1110ANPACY 4×2 chassis, powered by the 4HK1-TCG61 5.2L engine delivering 139 kW (190 hp) and paired with a 6-speed MLD-6Q manual transmission. The configuration ensures strong torque output, durability, fuel economy, and smooth operation in varied driving conditions.
