This refrigerated truck is designed for professional cold chain applications such as frozen food logistics, vaccine and biological product transportation, and urban distribution. Stable and Accurate Temperature Control
The system maintains temperatures from +2°C to −20°C with ±1°C control accuracy, ensuring cargo quality during both summer and winter operations. Suitable for frozen meat, seafood, quick-frozen foods, medicines, vaccines, and high-value bio-products.
High-Performance Refrigeration Unit
Equipped with the Thermo King V-200 split non-independent refrigeration unit, engine-driven via PTO, delivering 2,200–2,500 W cooling capacity during road operation. R404A refrigerant and 850–900 m³/h airflow ensure fast temperature pull-down and stable circulation.
High-Efficiency Thermal Insulation Body
The cargo body adopts FRP skins with 80 mm polyurethane insulation panels (≤0.026 W/m·K). This structure provides excellent thermal performance, reduces temperature fluctuations, and minimizes cooling energy loss, ensuring long-duration cold retention.
Reinforced Cargo Floor and Durable Sealing
The insulated floor supports up to 500 kg/m², suitable for heavy pallet loading. The rear door is equipped with industrial-grade EPDM sealing to prevent cold leakage and ensure reliable door closing even under frequent loading conditions.
Optimized Cargo Space for Logistics Efficiency
With an internal volume of approximately 14.2 m³ (4,890 × 1,740 × 1,640 mm), the body provides sufficient capacity for cold chain distribution requirements while maintaining efficient space utilization and easy pallet/roll container handling.

Built on the Isuzu QL1073BUKAY 4×2 chassis with 130 hp engine and Isuzu MSB-5S manual transmission, this configuration ensures fuel efficiency, stable performance, and long service life. China VI emission system (SCR + DPF + DOC + EGR) meets current environmental regulations.
