Efficient Sweeping and Suction Integration
This road sweeper adopts a dry-type sweeping mechanism that integrates dual mechanical brushes with a high-volume centrifugal suction system. The coordinated brush and suction layout ensures effective debris removal on asphalt, concrete, and urban road surfaces with minimal secondary dust.
Large Capacity Hopper and High Dump Efficiency
The 5.0 m³ hopper supports up to 2,185 kg of collected debris and is equipped with a hydraulic tilting system with a tilt angle of ≥46°. The rear door opens to ≥85°, allowing quick and complete unloading with reduced manual cleaning.
High-Volume Suction System
The centrifugal suction fan provides an airflow of 8,000–12,000 m³/h. The fan is powered by an independent 57 kW auxiliary engine, ensuring stable and consistent suction performance even during long-duration operations. Adjustable fan speed allows optimization for heavy or light sweeping tasks.
Flexible Brush Control
Two main brushes and two side brushes (Ø850 mm) are hydraulically driven. The right-front side brush can be operated independently for sweeping close to curbs, guardrails, and roadside edges, improving cleaning accuracy and adaptability in urban environments.
Water Spray and Dust Suppression
A 1.5 m³ clean water tank with an electric diaphragm pump system provides fine spraying to suppress dust at key sweeping points. The spray ring above the brushes ensures efficient dust control and protects the suction system from clogging.
Reliable Hydraulic and Control System
The hydraulic system operates at 16 MPa with a 60 L hydraulic oil tank and return-line filtration, ensuring stable and long-term reliability. All sweeping operations are controlled via an integrated in-cab electronic control panel for convenient and intuitive operation.
High Operational Efficiency
With a sweeping operational speed range of 3–20 km/h and a maximum sweeping capacity of up to 60,000 m² per hour, this road sweeper is suitable for municipal road maintenance, sanitation fleets, and industrial facility cleaning.
Safety and Visibility
LED work lights, side markers, a yellow rotating beacon, and an audible reverse alarm enhance visibility and safety during night and roadside operations, ensuring safe working environments in busy urban areas.
