This dry-type sweeping system integrates mechanical brushes and a powerful suction system for thorough cleaning performance. Four hydraulic-driven sweeping discs (Ø850 mm) and a centrally positioned suction nozzle ensure high efficiency and full-width cleaning across various road surfaces.
High-Efficiency Suction and Dust Collection
The system is powered by a 57 kW JE493-G3 auxiliary engine driving an 18.5 kW centrifugal fan, providing airflow up to 12,000 m³/h. This allows rapid dust and debris collection with low residuals, ensuring clean and pollution-free operations even in dense urban environments.
Large Hopper and Easy Unloading
The 5.0 m³ stainless steel hopper offers a rated load capacity of up to 1,635 kg. It features a hydraulic tilting structure with a ≥46° tipping angle and ≥85° door opening, making debris discharge simple and efficient with minimal manual intervention.
Comprehensive Water and Spray System
Equipped with a 1.5 m³ clean water tank and an electric diaphragm pump system (4.0G / 15 L/min), the truck provides effective dust suppression during sweeping. Multiple nozzles ensure uniform coverage for optimal road cleaning and dust control.
Smart Hydraulic and Control System
The open-loop hydraulic system operates at 16 MPa with electronic controls for smooth coordination between brushes, fan, and hopper. All sweeping and water functions can be controlled conveniently from inside the cab via a centralized control panel.
