FAW J6M 6×4 20 m³ Fuel Tanker Truck
The FAW J6M 6×4 fuel tanker truck is designed for bulk transportation and transfer of diesel, gasoline, and other approved petroleum products. Its Euro III powertrain is combined with a 20 m³ carbon-steel tank, PTO-driven fuel pump, and dedicated hazardous-material safety equipment for fuel depots, construction projects, mining operations, and long-distance petroleum transport.
20 m³ Fuel Tank with Anti-Surge Baffles
The standard tank provides a nominal capacity of 20 m³ with approximately 19.2 m³ effective loading capacity. The Q235-B carbon-steel elliptical tank uses a 5 mm shell, 5.5 mm dished heads, and four corrugated internal baffles to limit fuel movement and improve vehicle stability during transportation.
High-Flow PTO-Driven Fuel Transfer System
An 80YHCB-60 self-priming gear pump provides a flow rate of up to 60 m³/h and a head of 60 meters. The PTO-driven system supports pump-in and pump-out operations, with DN80 fuel connections, quick couplings, suction filtration, and check-valve protection for controlled petroleum transfer.
Dedicated Hazardous-Material Safety Configuration
The tanker incorporates a pneumatic emergency bottom shut-off valve, overfill alarm, vapor recovery system, flame-arrestor vent, static grounding equipment, fire extinguishers, fire blanket, and hazardous-material warning markings. These components are configured for safer handling and transportation of flammable liquids.
Heavy-Duty FAW J6M 6×4 Chassis
Powered by the FAW Dachai CA6DF2L-32 six-cylinder Euro III diesel engine, the truck produces 235 kW (320 HP) and 1,200 N·m of torque. The nine-speed FAW CA9TB160M manual transmission, reinforced frame, tandem rear drive axles, heavy-duty suspension, and 11.00R20 all-steel radial tires provide support for the 25,000 kg GVW configuration.
Controlled Operation and Tank Access
The tanker uses a European-style manhole with pressure and vacuum breathing functions, an overfill probe provision, anti-slip top walkway, folding guardrail, and rear access ladder. The fuel transfer system can also be equipped with optional multi-compartment tanks, bottom loading equipment, electronic flow metering, and mobile refueling systems according to application requirements.
