HOWO TX 6×4 Truck-Mounted Crane – Euro III
The HOWO TX 6×4 truck-mounted crane combines a 25-ton GVW chassis with a SANY Palfinger SPS30000B four-section straight-boom crane and a 7.2-meter drop-side cargo body. The configuration is suited to material handling, equipment transport, construction support, and general lifting operations requiring both cargo space and onboard lifting capability.
SANY Palfinger SPS30000B Crane System
The SPS30000B crane has a rated lifting moment of 30 t·m and can lift up to 12,000 kg at a 2.5 m working radius. Its four-section hexagonal boom extends from 5.4 m to 14.8 m, with a maximum lifting height of 16.5 m and continuous 360° hydraulic slewing.
30 MPa Hydraulic Circuit with Twin Pump Drive
The crane uses a twin gear pump driven by the HW50 full-power PTO, with a rated hydraulic pressure of 30 MPa and recommended flow of 60–90 L/min. Manual proportional controls support combined crane movements, while hydraulic H-type outriggers provide independent stabilization with a maximum lateral span of 6,000 mm.
Euro III WD615.96C Powertrain
The standard SINOTRUK WD615.96C inline-six diesel engine develops 276 kW (375 PS) and 1,500 N·m of torque, matched to the HW19710 10-speed manual transmission. The powertrain uses a mechanical BOSCH P7100 injection system and engine exhaust brake, with a Weichai WP10.340E32 Euro III engine available as an alternative.
6×4 Heavy-Duty Chassis and Reinforced Frame
The 6×4 chassis uses HC16 tandem drive axles with inter-axle and inter-wheel differential locks, supported by a double-layer 16MnL high-strength steel frame and crane-specific full-length subframe. Ten-leaf front springs and 12-leaf rear springs are paired with 12.00R20 18PR all-steel radial tires for heavy-load operation.
7.2 m Drop-Side Cargo Body
The Q345 steel cargo body provides an internal loading area of 7,200 × 2,320 mm with a 550 mm standard sideboard height. Removable split sideboards, reinforced flooring, side protection, and reflective markings allow the truck to carry general cargo alongside crane-assisted loading and unloading work.
TX-F Sleeper Cab and Export Options
The HOWO TX-F wide single-sleeper cab features four-point floating suspension, factory heating and air conditioning, power windows, adjustable steering, heated split mirrors, and a 600 mm sleeper. Optional equipment includes wireless crane control, WABCO ABS, load moment indication, cold-region fuel filtration, and a five-section SPS30000C crane.
