JAC 16000L vacuum suction truck
JAC 16 m³ Wet/Slurry Vacuum Truck
The JAC 16 m³ vacuum truck is engineered for efficient suction and transport of liquids, sludge, and solid-laden suspensions. Designed for municipal, industrial, and environmental applications, it delivers reliable performance with high operational efficiency.
High-Capacity Vacuum System
Equipped with dual rotary vane vacuum pumps (model XD-350), the system provides a vacuum of 10,000 Pa and airflow of 350 m³/h per pump. This allows fast and continuous suction of liquids and sludge, even with solid content, ensuring stable and efficient operation.
Durable and Well-Designed Tank
The 16,000 L (16 m³) tank is constructed from Q235B carbon steel with a 6 mm shell and 8 mm end caps. Internally, it includes two 4 mm baffles to reduce fluid sloshing, along with a liquid level gauge for precise monitoring. This design ensures structural integrity and operational safety.
Efficient Suction and Discharge
The fixed boom supports a 10 m suction pipe (DN100, reinforced PVC with wire braid) for versatile operation. Discharge is performed via a φ150 mm bottom valve with ball/butterfly options, and a 600 mm rear-mounted hydraulic port, enabling rapid and controlled unloading.
Reliable Chassis and Powertrain
Built on the JAC HFC1251P2K4E43S 6×4 chassis, the truck is powered by a 215 kW (290 hp) CA6DLD-29E6 engine meeting EURO VI emission standards. The FAST 9JS119 9-speed manual gearbox provides precise control, while the optional 4350 + 1350 mm wheelbase ensures stability during operation.
Stability and Mobility
The front/rear track widths (2040 mm front; 1900 mm tandem rear) and 11.00R20 18PR tires provide excellent traction and balance, even on uneven roads. With a GVW of 25,000 kg and curb weight of 12,400 kg, the vehicle maintains high stability while fully loaded.
Operator Comfort
The GALLOP A5W extended cab features air conditioning and power windows, creating a comfortable workspace for operators during long suction and transport operations.
Applications
Ideal for municipal sewage maintenance, industrial sludge removal, and environmental cleaning tasks, the JAC 16 m³ vacuum truck combines high suction efficiency, durable construction, and reliable performance to meet diverse operational needs.
