Vacuum Sewage Suction Truck
This vacuum sewage suction truck is designed for pumping, transporting, and discharging industrial wastewater, sludge, and semi-liquid materials. It is widely used in municipal sanitation, drainage systems, industrial wastewater treatment, and emergency environmental response operations.
High-Efficiency Vacuum Suction System
The vehicle is equipped with dual rotary vane vacuum pumps working in parallel, providing high vacuum strength and stable suction performance. With a vacuum level of approximately 99.6% and airflow of 68 L/s × 2, it ensures fast suction of liquids and sludge with high density or particulate content.
Large-Capacity Reinforced Tank
The tank capacity ranges from 16,000 to 18,000 liters, suitable for medium and large-scale operations. Constructed with WISCO carbon steel and reinforced thickness of 6 mm for the tank body and 8 mm for tank heads, it delivers excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and structural strength.
Reliable Internal Structure and Safety Features
The tank includes anti-slosh baffles, a manhole for inspection and cleaning, and a liquid level gauge for real-time monitoring. The internal structure prevents liquid surge during transportation, improving safety during long-distance driving.
Flexible Suction and Discharge Operation
The suction pipeline uses DN100 abrasion-resistant rubber or stainless steel hose with a length of up to 10 meters. The discharge system includes a Φ150 mm bottom discharge valve and a large Φ600 mm discharge port, supporting fast gravity discharge or assisted discharge in heavy sludge conditions.
Direct PTO Power Transmission
The vacuum pump is driven directly via the PTO from the chassis engine, ensuring strong power output and stable transmission efficiency. Pneumatic control operation simplifies workflow and reduces operator effort.
Reliable HOWO 6×4 Chassis
The truck is built on the HOWO ZZ1257N464GF1 6×4 chassis, equipped with a 310 hp MC07.31-60 engine and HW13709XSTC2 9-speed transmission. With a gross vehicle weight of 25,000 kg, it provides a stable and reliable platform for heavy-duty sanitation operations.
