Isuzu 700P 4×2 5.5 m³ Vacuum Sewage Truck
The Isuzu 700P 4×2 vacuum sewage truck is designed for septic tank evacuation, sewage collection, sludge removal, drainage maintenance, and municipal sanitation work. Built on the Isuzu 700P Euro III chassis, it combines a 5.5 m³ vacuum tank, rotary vane vacuum pump, hydraulic tank tipping system, and hydraulic rear door for efficient suction and discharge operations.
5.5 m³ Reinforced Vacuum Tank
The cylindrical vacuum tank provides an effective capacity of 5.5 m³ and is fabricated from Q235B carbon steel with a 6 mm shell and 8 mm end plates. Three internal anti-surge baffles reduce liquid movement during transportation, while the protective coating, sealed rear door, liquid level sight glass, and safety railing support regular sanitation operations.
XD-420 Rotary Vane Vacuum System
The oil-lubricated XD-420 rotary vane vacuum pump provides an air displacement of approximately 420 m³/h and a maximum vacuum of at least -0.093 MPa. With a vertical suction depth of 8 meters or more and two 8-meter suction hoses, the system is configured for septic waste, liquid sludge, sewer sediment, slurry, and similar materials.
Hydraulic Tank Tipping and Rear Discharge
A CB-FC32 hydraulic gear pump supplies 16 MPa system pressure for tank tipping and rear door operation. The double-acting cylinders provide a tipping angle of at least 45°, while the hydraulic rear door facilitates discharge of sludge and sediment. A mechanical safety support rod is provided for maintenance work with the tank raised.
Isuzu 700P Euro III Powertrain
The Isuzu 4HK1-TC four-cylinder diesel engine delivers 129 kW (175 HP) and 500 N·m of torque, providing suitable low-speed performance for PTO-driven sanitation equipment. The MLD-6Q six-speed manual transmission, reinforced leaf-spring suspension, 4×2 drivetrain, and 8.25R20 all-steel radial tires form a practical chassis for municipal and utility applications.
Integrated Vacuum Safety and Control
The vacuum system incorporates an automatic float-type overflow protection valve, vacuum safety valve, oil mist separator, moisture separator, and vacuum pressure gauge. A rear-side manual control station manages hydraulic functions, while the pneumatic PTO transfers chassis power to the vacuum and hydraulic systems.
