HOWO HanJ 4×2 8 m³ Vacuum Sewage Suction Truck
The HOWO HanJ 4×2 vacuum sewage suction truck combines an 8 m³ vacuum tank with a 12,000 kg GVW chassis for sewage collection, septic tank cleaning, sludge removal, and wastewater transfer. Its rear-wheel-drive chassis, PTO-driven vacuum system, hydraulic tank lifting, and enclosed piping are suited to municipal and industrial sanitation work.
8 m³ Q235B Vacuum Tank with Overfill Protection
The 8 m³ cylindrical tank is fabricated from 6 mm Q235B carbon steel using an integral rolling-forming process. Two transverse anti-surge baffles, a sediment collection groove, combined positive/negative pressure safety valve, mechanical level indicator, and float-type overfill protection are incorporated into the tank system.
XD-100 Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump
The XD-100 single-stage oil-lubricated rotary vane pump is driven by the chassis PTO through a V-belt transmission. It provides up to 100 m³/h airflow, a vacuum level of at least 93%, an ultimate vacuum of -0.092 MPa, and a vertical suction lift of at least 9 m.
Vacuum Suction and Multiple Discharge Methods
The vacuum circuit uses a 100 mm steel-wire-reinforced suction hose with an 8 m standard length and quick couplings. Gravity discharge, positive-pressure discharge, and hydraulic self-tipping discharge are available, allowing the tank to be emptied through the bottom valve or by lifting the tank and opening the rear door.
PTO Hydraulic Tank-Lifting System
A CB-FC32 gear pump supplies the hydraulic system at a rated working pressure of 16 MPa. One double-acting cylinder lifts the tank to an angle of at least 45°, while two synchronized hydraulic cylinders operate the quick-opening rear door for sludge and sewage discharge.
Foldable Hose Boom and Roof Access System
The two-section folding hose boom is mounted on the rear section of the tank roof and can rotate 360° manually for suction work on either side or behind the vehicle. The boom supports the complete 8 m suction hose and connects with the anti-slip roof walkway and guardrails for hose handling and connection work.
HOWO HanJ Euro III Chassis
The chassis uses a Cummins ISF3.8s3141 3.76-liter four-cylinder diesel engine rated at 105 kW (141 hp) and 450 N·m of torque, paired with a WLY653 6-speed manual transmission. The 4×2 chassis features a reinforced ladder frame, leaf-spring suspension, 9.00R20 14PR radial tires, pneumatic drum brakes, and hydraulic power steering.
Integrated Controls and Field Safety Equipment
A side-mounted control box groups the vacuum reversing valve, hydraulic valve, and operating controls for the suction and discharge systems. Standard equipment includes reflective markings, rear work warning light, work buzzer, side and rear protection, hydraulic and mechanical safety devices, a steel toolbox, cleaning water gun, and dry-powder fire extinguisher.
