Smart Hopper and Tailgate Design
Equipped with a 0.75 m³ swing-type hopper, the rear loader allows smooth feeding and unloading. Safety features include balance valve (anti-drop), hose rupture protection, and pusher-slide interlock to guarantee safe and stable operation. The tailgate adopts an adjustable lock with triple-layer silicone seals for leak-proof performance.
Strong and Durable Structure
The body is made from high-quality carbon steel or Q355 special steel, with 3–4 mm side panels and 4 mm flooring for high wear resistance. This ensures long service life and reduced maintenance, even under heavy-duty municipal operations.
Flexible Loading System
Compatible with 120 L and 240 L standard bins, the lifting device can handle 200–300 kg per lift, with optional 360 L or 660 L bins available. Hydraulic arm (hook-lift) and optional triangular double-bin systems allow greater flexibility for different waste collection tasks.
Fast and Reliable Operation
With a compression cycle of 12–25 seconds and unloading time ≤45 seconds, the truck provides efficient turnaround. It can lift two bins simultaneously in about 10 seconds, ensuring continuous and rapid waste collection.
