The HOWO 4×2 rear loader garbage truck is designed for efficient urban and community waste collection. Compact, durable, and easy to operate, it combines a robust compression system with a reliable HOWO chassis for long-term service and high productivity.
Efficient Compaction System
The truck features a compaction capacity of approximately 6–8 m³ and a compression ratio of 2.5:1, ensuring efficient garbage loading and volume reduction. The rated load of 2.9–3.2 tons allows for effective waste collection and transportation in daily operations.
Durable Body Structure
Constructed with Q345 high-strength steel, the body is built for durability and resistance to deformation. The shell thickness of 3 mm and bottom plate thickness of 4 mm provide long-lasting performance, even under heavy-duty working conditions.
Reliable Filling and Tailgate System
The filling hopper has a capacity of around 1–1.2 m³ and uses a swing-type door for convenient loading. The rear tailgate adopts a fully sealed structure, preventing leakage and ensuring a clean, odor-free operation.
Hydraulic Performance and Control
The hydraulic system operates at 16 MPa with a flow rate of approximately 25 L/min. Equipped with a hydraulic one-way throttle valve and balance valve, it maintains stable pressure and prevents sudden drops, ensuring operational safety. The control system supports both manual and electric multi-way valve operation.
Bin Compatibility and Loading Efficiency
The truck is compatible with 120L, 240L, and 660L standard garbage bins and supports hydraulic arm-type lifting. The maximum bin lifting capacity is approximately 200–300 kg, with a full loading cycle of 12–30 seconds and unloading cycle of 35–60 seconds.
Optional Configurations
Optional equipment includes a fully sealed hopper, swing arm lifting system, and sealed top cover, which enhance cleanliness and environmental compliance in waste transfer.
Reliable HOWO Chassis
Built on the HOWO ZZ1097 4×2 chassis, the truck is powered by a Chaochai CY4SK661 engine (135 kW / 184 HP) meeting Euro VI emission standards. The 6-speed manual transmission, 3360 mm wheelbase, and 7.50R16LT 16PR tires provide excellent maneuverability and stability for city operations.
