Featuring a body volume of 12–14 m³ and a rated load capacity of up to 7,250 kg, this rear loader can handle large amounts of municipal waste efficiently. The hopper accommodates bins from 120L to 3,000L, with a maximum lifting capacity of 300 kg per bin.
Advanced Hopper and Tailgate Design
The swing-arm hopper door and multi-point mechanically locked tailgate with aging-resistant rubber seals ensure safe and secure waste loading and unloading. The flip mechanism can be optionally upgraded with dual hydraulic pumps and CAN-bus electronic control for improved operational precision.
Efficient Lifting and Compression Cycle
The compression and lifting system completes cycles quickly: compression plus lifting in ≤ 25 seconds, hopper lifting in 10–15 seconds, and full unloading in ≤ 45 seconds. This high-speed cycle improves route efficiency for urban waste collection.
Reliable Hydraulic and Control System
Operating at 18 MPa with a 40 L/min flow rate, the hydraulic system is powered by Changyuan or Wanye pumps. Control modes include manual and electric, with optional wireless remote operation, ensuring precise handling under various operational conditions.
Safety and Auxiliary Features
Equipped with warning lights, two 200 L sewage tanks, a toolbox, a body cleaning system, and a fire extinguisher, this rear loader ensures safety and convenience for operators during collection tasks.
