High-Capacity Compaction System
Featuring a body volume of 12–14 m³ and a compression ratio of 3:1, the truck can handle a rated payload of 6,405 kg. The advanced hydraulic system delivers 40–50 L/min flow at 16–21 MPa, ensuring consistent compression performance for various types of waste.
Versatile Hopper and Loading Design
The hopper accommodates ≥1.5 m³ of waste and is equipped with a curved design, slide plate, scraper, and negative pressure plate for smooth loading. Photoelectric sensors and timer controls enhance operational safety, preventing overloading and misfeeds.
Efficient Tailgate System
The hydraulic swing tailgate, combined with hydraulic locks and rubber sealing with hooks, ensures secure containment during transport and smooth unloading. Discharge cycles are optimized for maximum efficiency, completing unloading in ≤25 seconds.
Flexible Garbage Bin Handling
Supports standard tipping, fully sealed, swing-arm, or semi-sealed bins with capacities of 120 L, 240 L, and 660 L. Maximum lifting load per bin reaches ~300 kg, and lifting cycles including filling take ≥30 seconds.
Safe and Reliable Operation
Control options include automatic, manual, and remote operation. Safety devices include emergency stops, interlock switches, lift cylinder self-lock, and limit protection, ensuring operator safety during all phases of waste collection.
Durable Body Construction
The body is made of high-quality Q345 steel, with side walls 4 mm thick and floor 5 mm thick, providing long-term durability and resistance to wear from heavy loads.
Reliable Chassis
Built on the HOWO ZZ1187 4×2 chassis, powered by the WP4.6NQ220E61 engine delivering 162 kW (220 hp) and compliant with China VI emission standards. The HOWO 8-speed HW95508STCL transmission and 4,500 mm wheelbase ensure smooth maneuverability, while the HW76 cab provides air conditioning and electric windows for operator comfort.
