The refrigeration system maintains a range from −25°C to +15°C, ensuring stable performance under varying load conditions. Even at ambient temperatures up to 30°C, the unit maintains ±1°C accuracy with 2.5–4 tons of cargo, making it ideal for frozen meats, seafood, and pharmaceuticals.
High-Performance Cooling System
Equipped with a Thermo King V-600 MAX split-type unit driven by PTO, the truck delivers 5,910 W cooling at 0°C and 3,280 W at −20°C during road operation. The standby mode provides up to 4,970 W and 2,550 W, respectively, ensuring reliable temperature retention during loading or stationary operation.

With an evaporator airflow of 2,580 m³/h, the system circulates cold air evenly throughout the cargo space, minimizing hot spots and maintaining product freshness during long-distance or multi-stop delivery.

The cargo body features FRP/GRP interior and exterior panels with a high-density PU foam core (λ ≤ 0.026 W/m·K). Wall thickness is 80 mm for sides, front, rear, and roof, and 100 mm for the floor, achieving excellent thermal performance and energy efficiency.
Durable and Hygienic Structure
The insulated non-slip FRP floor supports up to 800 kg/m², ideal for palletized or boxed goods. Rear FRP doors with reinforced sealing gaskets ensure tight closure, while optional bulkheads or PVC curtains allow temperature zoning for mixed loads.
Compact Size with Practical Payload
The cargo body measures 6,820 × 2,035 × 1,995 mm (outer) with an internal volume of 22.54 m³. Depending on configuration, payload ranges between 2,500–4,000 kg, meeting diverse operational needs for frozen and chilled distribution.
