Equipped with the Carrier Citimax 700 split-type refrigeration unit driven by the engine PTO, the system delivers 6,550 W cooling capacity at 0°C, 4,255 W at −15°C, and 3,490 W at −20°C. The use of R-404A refrigerant ensures stable operation with fast temperature recovery and broad coverage from −20°C to +30°C, maintaining control accuracy within ±1°C.
Optimized Air Circulation and Temperature Uniformity
A powerful evaporator provides 2,200 m³/h of airflow, ensuring uniform cooling throughout the cargo space. This prevents cold spots and guarantees that all goods remain at consistent temperatures during long-distance transportation.
Superior Thermal Insulation
The body adopts FRP sandwich panels with polyurethane insulation, featuring 80 mm thick side walls and a 100 mm floor. With thermal conductivity λ ≤ 0.026 W/(m·K), the structure minimizes temperature loss and improves fuel efficiency, even under extreme external temperatures.
Durable and Functional Cargo Compartment
The reinforced non-slip insulated floor supports up to 1,000 kg/m², ideal for palletized or heavy cargo. Dual-seal insulated rear doors maintain tight closure with a compression ratio of 30–40%, effectively blocking warm air entry. Optional accessories such as thermal curtains and internal partitions enhance operational flexibility.
