Efficient Wet-Type Cleaning System
The wet-type cleaning setup integrates mechanical brushes with a strong suction system, significantly reducing dust and improving environmental cleanliness. The sweeping assembly includes two 850 mm main brushes with adjustable height and tilt, supported by two 850 mm hydraulically driven side brushes for wide coverage and flexibility.
Large Capacity Stainless Steel Hopper and Water Tanks
The 7 m³ stainless-steel hopper supports a load of up to 4,000 kg and uses a hydraulic-tilt unloading system with an opening angle above 50 degrees. The wastewater tank features an inclined bottom design for easy drainage and cleaning. A 9 m³ clean water tank made of 4 mm stainless steel provides ample water supply for dust suppression and continuous operation.
Powerful Suction and Auxiliary Engine System
A high-performance Cummins B170 33 auxiliary engine (170 HP) drives the centrifugal suction fan, delivering an airflow of 14,000–18,000 m³/h. The dual-suction 2,400 mm nozzle uses hydraulic control and spring suspension for stable ground following and strong debris collection.
High-Pressure Water Spray System
The sweeping unit is supported by a PF36 high-pressure pump supplying 154 L/min at 10 MPa, enabling front, side, center, and rear spraying. An electric diaphragm pump (15 L/min) handles low-pressure spraying tasks, improving adaptability across various operating conditions.
Reliable and Easy-to-Control Hydraulic System
The hydraulic system features electric control with a 16 MPa gear pump and a 60 L reservoir. Hydraulic motors drive the sweep discs, ensuring stable and efficient operation. All sweeping functions are designed for durability and reduced maintenance requirements.
Smart Integrated Control and Safety Features
A DC24V PLC controller allows in-cabin operation of the brushes, fan, hopper, and water spray system. Integrated safety alerts enhance operational reliability. LED arrow boards, work lamps, warning lights, and reverse alarms provide excellent visibility and ensure safe operation at night or in traffic environments.
Impressive Cleaning Capacity and Versatility
With a maximum sweeping capacity of 70,000 m² per hour and an operating speed range of 3–20 km/h, the truck is suitable for both routine maintenance and large-scale cleaning tasks across various road conditions.
Durable and Proven Dongfeng Chassis
The truck is built on the Dongfeng Tianjin DFL1160BX1V 4×2 chassis, powered by a Cummins ISB180 50 engine delivering 132 kW. A DF6S900 6-speed manual transmission, 5,000 mm wheelbase, and 9.00R20 tires ensure stable operation. The Kinrun extended cab provides comfort for long-duty sanitation shifts.
