This ISUZU GIGA-based wet-type road sweeper combines high-efficiency sweeping mechanisms, powerful suction performance, and a corrosion-resistant stainless-steel structure, making it ideal for city cleaning, highway maintenance, and industrial zone sanitation.
High-Efficiency Sweeping System
The sweeping system integrates mechanical brushes, a strong suction fan, and dual side brushes to deliver full-lane coverage. The wet-type design improves dust suppression, while high-pressure washing enhances deep cleaning, especially for heavy dirt and roadside debris.
Durable and Large-Volume Hopper
Equipped with a 7 m³ SUS304 stainless-steel debris hopper, the system resists corrosion and provides long service life. Hydraulic tipping with a large ≥50° opening angle ensures fast and clean unloading, supported by an integrated self-cleaning function.
Powerful Suction Performance
The auxiliary B170 33 engine (125 kW) drives a centrifugal suction fan with a capacity of 16,000 m³/h. The large suction nozzle with floating design and replaceable wear plates ensures consistent suction efficiency across various road conditions.
Efficient Water Spray and Cleaning System
A 9 m³ SUS304 clean water tank supplies both high-pressure and low-pressure spray systems. The PF36 high-pressure pump delivers 154 L/min at 10 MPa for deep cleaning, while the low-pressure system and electric diaphragm pump support wide-area washing and dust control.
Reliable and Stable Hydraulic System
The hydraulic system features a 60 L reservoir, precision and magnetic filtration, and provides stable 30 L/min at 16 MPa output. The open-circuit design ensures durability and efficient energy use during long working shifts.
Large Sweeping Coverage and High Productivity
With a sweeping width of 3.5 meters and a maximum sweeping capacity of 70,000 m² per hour, this sweeper meets the requirements of large-area urban cleaning and high-demand road maintenance.
Smart Control and Safety Equipment
A PLC-based control system with 9 operation modes enables intuitive in-cab operation. Safety equipment includes work lamps, a warning beacon, side markers, and a rear-view camera, ensuring safe night and daytime operation.
Reliable ISUZU GIGA Chassis
Built on the ISUZU GIGA QL1180JQFRCY chassis, the sweeper is powered by the 4HK1-TCG60 engine (151 kW) paired with a 6-speed manual transmission. With an 18,000 kg GVW, extended cab with A/C, ABS, and power steering, it provides excellent stability and operator comfort.
