High-Capacity Fuel Tank
The truck is equipped with an 8,500 L Q235 carbon steel tank (5 mm thickness), capable of carrying a maximum payload of 6,730 kg. Internal baffling (2–3 baffles) minimizes fuel sloshing, providing stability during transport. The single-compartment design ensures smooth fuel handling and easy maintenance.
Efficient Pumping and Metering System
An arc gear pump, PTO-driven with a flow rate of 500 L/min, allows rapid and consistent fuel transfer. The oval gear flow meter with ±0.5% accuracy ensures precise dispensing. Hoses are equipped with a 15-meter auto-rewind reel and Ø40 mm connector for convenient fueling operations.
Safety and Compliance
The tanker includes emergency shut-off valves, grounding systems, and a vapor recovery system to prevent spillage and static discharge. Optional equipment such as CCTV monitoring or a heating system enhances operational safety and versatility.

Built on the FAW Jiefang CA1120P40K59L4BE6A84 4×2 chassis, the truck is powered by a CA4DD2-18E6 engine producing 132 kW (180 hp) and paired with a FAST 8JS75C 8-speed manual gearbox. The 11,995 kg GVW and 5,070 kg curb weight provide a stable platform for safe fuel transport.
