HOWO Light-Duty 4×4 8000 Litre Off-Road Fuel Tanker Truck
The HOWO light-duty 4×4 fuel tanker is designed for fuel transportation and transfer in mining areas, construction sites, oil fields, and other unpaved working environments. Its Euro III diesel chassis, two-speed transfer case, 8,000-liter fuel tank, and dedicated hazardous-goods equipment provide a practical configuration for off-road fuel service.
8 m³ Fuel Tank with Anti-Surge Structure
The 8,000-liter Q235B carbon-steel tank uses a 5 mm shell, 6 mm heads, and two internal anti-surge baffles to limit liquid movement during acceleration, braking, and rough-road travel. The tank can be supplied with single or double compartments and includes a European-style manhole, breather valve, and anti-slip top walkway.
PTO-Driven Fuel Transfer System
The 60YHCB-30 gear pump provides a nominal flow rate of 30 m³/h and is driven through the chassis PTO. DN65 fuel lines and quick couplings support pump-in and pump-out operations, while the bottom emergency shut-off valve can isolate the fuel outlet during abnormal operating conditions.
4×4 Driveline for Unpaved Operations
The vehicle uses a two-speed transfer case with 4×2 High, 4×4 High, and 4×4 Low drive modes. Combined with a 2.24:1 low-range ratio, rear differential lock, 240 mm ground clearance, and 8.25R20 off-road tires, the chassis is configured for low-speed operation on rough, muddy, or steep access roads.
Yuchai Euro III Powertrain
Powered by the Yuchai YC4D160-33 4.214-liter four-cylinder diesel engine, the truck produces 118 kW (160 HP) and 550 N·m of torque. The six-speed WLY6G40 manual transmission and heavy-duty leaf-spring suspension provide the power and load support required for fuel delivery under variable road conditions.
Hazardous-Goods Safety Configuration
Standard safety equipment includes static grounding connections, grounding straps, spark-arresting exhaust equipment, fire extinguishers, hazardous-material warning markings, reflective strips, and rear protection. Optional mobile refueling equipment can add a fuel dispenser, automatic hose reel, bottom-loading system, overfill alarm, flow meter, and GPS monitoring.
