ISUZU 8000L fuel truck
Isuzu 4×2 Fuel Tanker
The Isuzu 4×2 fuel tanker is designed for safe and efficient fuel transport, ideal for urban and regional fuel distribution. Its compact design, reliable pumping system, and robust chassis ensure consistent performance and operational safety.
Tank Capacity and Construction
The tanker features a single 8 m³ (8000 L) Q235B steel tank with a 5 mm thick shell, reinforced by two internal baffles spaced approximately 2.35 m apart. A default single compartment holds 7.62 m³, while an optional double compartment configuration is available for segregated fuel transport.
Pumping and Flow Control
Equipped with a 60YHCB-30 arc gear pump driven by PTO, the system delivers a flow rate of 30 m³/h (~500 L/min). An optional LC-50 oval gear flow meter with ±0.2% accuracy enables precise measurement during fueling operations, ensuring efficient and accurate delivery.
Hoses, Nozzles, and Safety Features
Standard hoses measure 15 meters in length with a 40 mm diameter, with 20 m hoses available as an option. The tanker is equipped with emergency shut-offs, grounding systems, vapor recovery, and API-compliant connections to meet strict safety and regulatory standards.
Optional Equipment
Additional optional devices include a flow meter, recirculation system, and fueling device, enhancing operational efficiency and versatility for a range of fuel distribution tasks.
Reliable Chassis and Powertrain
Built on the Isuzu QL1082BUKAY 4×2 chassis, the tanker is powered by a 4KH1CN5LS engine producing 72 kW (98 hp) and paired with a 5-speed MSB manual gearbox. The 11,995 kg GVW and 5,470 kg curb weight provide a stable and reliable foundation for safe transport operations.
Tires, Suspension, and Cab Comfort
Equipped with 7.50R16LT 14PR radial tires, the vehicle ensures stability and traction across varying road conditions. The single cab features air conditioning and power windows, providing a comfortable environment for operators during long transport missions.
Applications
Ideal for fuel delivery in urban areas, regional distribution, and industrial fueling, the Isuzu 4×2 fuel tanker combines safety, reliability, and operational efficiency for professional fuel transport services.
