High-Capacity Fuel Tank
The tanker features a 28,000 L Q235 carbon steel tank measuring 8,900 × 2,380 × 1,660 mm. Equipped with 5 internal baffles and 5 compartments, each capable of handling up to 5,800 L/min, it ensures safe, stable, and efficient fuel transport while minimizing sloshing during transit.
Advanced Pumping and Metering System
A 100YHCB-100 arc gear pump, PTO-driven, delivers a flow rate of 100 m³/h (~1,667 L/min). The elliptical gear flow meter provides highly accurate measurements (±0.5%), ensuring precise loading and unloading for commercial and industrial applications.
Safe Fuel Handling
The tanker includes 15–20 m reinforced hoses on an automatic rewind reel (Ø40 mm), emergency shut-offs, grounding, and a vapor recovery system. API-compliant connections and optional CCTV or heating systems further enhance operational safety and compliance with industry standards.
Reliable Chassis and Powertrain
Built on the FAW J6L CA5320 8×4 chassis, the tanker is powered by a CA6DK2E35E65 engine producing 350 hp (257 kW) and paired with a CA10TA130M 10-speed manual gearbox plus 2 reverse gears. The 32,000 kg GVW and 13,130 kg curb weight provide a stable foundation for heavy fuel loads.
