The HOWO ZZ1327 8×4 fuel tanker truck is engineered for high-volume transportation and distribution of diesel, gasoline, and light fuel oils. With a 25,950-liter aluminum alloy tank, this model delivers excellent durability, low tare weight, and strong road stability, meeting the needs of logistics, refueling, and commercial fuel transport operations.
High-Capacity and Lightweight Tank Structure
The tanker is built with a 5182 aluminum-magnesium alloy body, 5.5–6 mm thick, ensuring corrosion resistance and weight reduction while maintaining structural strength. Its single 25,950 L chamber can optionally be divided into dual compartments (15,000 L + 10,950 L) for mixed fuel transport, supported by five anti-surge baffles for enhanced stability during transit.
Efficient Pumping and Metering System
Equipped with a KCB-200 gear pump driven by the PTO, the system provides a steady flow of 200 L/min. The LC-50B oval gear flow meter (accuracy ±0.2%) ensures precise fuel measurement and smooth transfer for both diesel and gasoline, reducing operational losses.
Safe and Reliable Fuel Delivery
Safety is enhanced with emergency shut-off valves, grounding protection, vapor recovery, and API-compliant fittings. The steel-wire reinforced polyurethane hoses (DN50, 10 m) ensure long service life and high flexibility during loading and unloading.
