Lightweight and Durable Tank Construction
The tanker features a 5083 aluminum alloy tank measuring 8,800 × 2,300 × 1,600 mm, with a 7 mm wall thickness. Aluminum construction reduces vehicle weight, enhances corrosion resistance, and improves fuel efficiency while ensuring long-term structural integrity.
Multi-Compartment and Anti-Surge Design
Equipped with five compartments and four internal baffles, the tank ensures stable liquid movement and minimizes sloshing during transport. Each compartment can be configured independently for different fuel grades, supporting flexible distribution needs.
High-Efficiency Pumping and Metering System
Powered by a PTO-driven 100YHCB-100 arc gear pump, the tanker achieves a flow rate of 100 m³/h (approximately 1,667 L/min). The LC-50 gear flow meter offers ±0.2% accuracy, ensuring precise measurement during loading and unloading operations.
Smart Fuel Delivery System
The vehicle is equipped with 15-meter hoses (optional 20 m) and 40 mm nozzles for fast fuel transfer. Optional configurations such as recirculation and fueling systems can be added for station supply or mobile refueling applications.

The tanker meets international fuel transport standards, featuring emergency shut-offs, grounding protection, a vapor recovery system, and API-standard interfaces. These ensure safe and environmentally compliant operations under all conditions.
