The Foton Ollin Jiyun 4×2 fuel tanker truck is designed for the transportation and transfer of diesel, gasoline, and other approved Class 3 flammable liquids. Built on a dedicated Euro III hazardous-goods chassis, it combines a single-compartment carbon-steel tank with a PTO-driven fuel transfer system and safety equipment for fuel distribution and mobile refueling applications.
5.69m³ Single-Compartment Fuel Tank
The tanker is equipped with a 5.69m³ Q235-B carbon-steel tank featuring a 4 mm shell, 5 mm dished heads, and four curved internal anti-surge baffles. The reinforced structure helps limit liquid movement during transportation, while pressure testing, leak-tightness inspection, and protective surface treatment support safe long-term fuel handling.
PTO-Driven Fuel Transfer System
A 60YHCB-30 self-priming gear pump provides a rated flow of 30 m³/h and is driven mechanically through the gearbox PTO and propeller shaft. The system supports pump loading, pump discharge, and gravity transfer, with approximately 5 meters of self-priming capability for flexible fuel handling operations.
Dedicated Hazardous-Goods Safety Equipment
The vehicle is configured with a forward-mounted exhaust system, spark arrestor, emergency bottom shut-off valve, pressure and vacuum breathing valve, static bonding system, grounding straps, fire extinguishers, and hazardous-goods warning markings. These components are intended to reduce operational risks associated with flammable-liquid transportation and fuel transfer.
Practical Foton Ollin Jiyun Chassis
The 4×2 chassis uses a Euro III four-cylinder diesel engine producing 88 kW (120 HP) and 343 N·m of torque, combined with a five-speed manual transmission and PTO provision. The 7,495 kg GVW configuration provides a practical platform for light-duty fuel transport, while the dedicated hazardous-goods chassis layout supports overseas service requirements.
Mobile Refueling Configuration
The tanker can be equipped with an optional truck-mounted fuel dispenser, automatic hose reel, dispensing nozzle, and metering system for mobile refueling applications. Additional export options include RHD configuration, English safety labels, multi-compartment tanks, bottom loading, electronic flow metering, GPS tracking, and remote fuel-dispensing monitoring.
