Equipped with a high-performance rotary vane vacuum pump (model 50QZXDG-45/7000), this truck delivers a maximum vacuum of up to 93% (94.3 kPa) and can fill the entire 4,600-liter tank within four minutes. The suction depth reaches over 5.5 meters, ensuring strong and reliable performance for deep-pit or long-distance suction operations.
Durable and Safe Tank Construction
The tank is built from 5 mm thick Q235B carbon steel with optional 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance. It features internal anti-surge baffles and a sight window, providing structural integrity, smooth operation, and clear monitoring during liquid collection and discharge.
Flexible Suction Arm and Hose Design
The truck features a 360° rotating suction arm with a 2-meter operating radius and an 8-meter suction hose. The 100 mm (4-inch) rubber/PVC hose is wear- and corrosion-resistant, ensuring long service life and efficient liquid transfer under harsh working conditions.
Reliable Discharge and Easy Operation
The system supports gravity discharge through a bottom-mounted DN100 ball valve. Operation is controlled via a PTO-driven system linked to the chassis engine, with a convenient in-cab control switch, ensuring smooth and safe performance during loading and unloading.
