The tank is manufactured from Q235B carbon steel with reinforced thickness (4 mm side walls and 5 mm tank heads). Internal baffles reduce liquid impact during transport, ensuring structural stability and long service life.
Safe and Clean Operation System
The vacuum system features an anti-overflow device and a liquid level gauge, preventing backflow and ensuring safety during filling. The rear tank door opens hydraulically, and the tank can be lifted hydraulically for direct gravity discharge, minimizing manual intervention and improving operational cleanliness.
Flexible Sludge Suction Capability
The truck uses a durable 80 mm diameter suction pipe with steel-wire reinforcement to withstand heavy suction loads. The fixed suction arm and 8-meter pipe length support efficient material extraction in urban sewage pits, septic tanks, and restricted spaces.
